As a general contractor, fast response time and reliability are of utmost importance. I've called them three times in the last six months and found them easy to work with and very responsive. I have no idea how their prices compare, but the bills I've paid so far seem fair and reasonable considering the customer service and quality they provide.
Jahnke is very supportive of their customers and backs their products/work. I had a new system installed in the Spring, and just recently noticed a few things not working quite properly. They went over and above to diagnose and repair the issues. Great company!
Technician was courteous and prompt, and finished his work quickly. The HVAC duct & vent cleaning service seemed overpriced, though - about twice as expensive as other company quotes for the same service. We went with Jahnke mostly because they were local and we were able to get them in to clean sooner than later.
Tommy and Al and Dale came promptly to address a concern with the functioning of one our registers after our recent installation of a heat pump. The problem was taken care of very effectively, with sufficient time spent to do the job right. We were very pleased with the work done and the with the friendliness of the whole crew. Good job!
These guys are quick, kind, and knowledgeable! Jahnke installed our system many years ago, and does all the maintenance. We can always count on them. They are terrific!
